Steven is currently on an unpaid medical leave of absence from Stanford Tennis. Information related to his conditions is available upon request. The initial injury occurred after a fall on the tennis court while teaching on February 7th, 2004; the subsequent brain surgery was performed on February 8th, 2004. The resulting neurological damages have been very slow to recover and even identify the extent to which damage occurred. Several of Steven's clients are connected to Stanford Medical/Research in some capacity, we are attaching some documents about his injury/treatment and welcome any/all opinions related to his case. Private Donations Accepted BelowPurpose: Steven Falk's Housing, Medical & Legal Expenses resulting from Brain Surgery in February, 2004.Amount of Donation: Whatever you can spare temporarily until my State Disability, State Medical Insurance, State Housing assistance applications are approved and providing Food, Shelter and Medical care. Applications were submitted and are pending the approval process, which can take up to 6-months or more. In the meantime ALL of my Savings, Checking and Wallets are completely depleted, and I will can NOT pay my rent ($1595/month) on November 1st, 2005.
